We offer a 100% money-back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us and we will issue you with a full refund. You must ship it back to us at your own expense, once we have received the product we will then refund the full amount paid for the product. Please ensure you include your name and order number on the return package.

Little Loves Hair Design ensures all orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. If you require your order urgently or by a certain date, please select express post or feel free to contact us.
Please note all time frames are approximate only. We use Australia Post for all of our shipping and is a no signature delivery service.
Parcels will be left if no one is home. -
In the event a customer is not happy with the product purchased we do have a 30-day returns policy, This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you recieved it in. This means unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon recieving it and contact us within 24 hours if the item is faulty, damages or if you recieved the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Please note that unfortunatley we are unable to accept returns on sale items.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If it is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please be patient as it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
